Girl with big boobs...

as for the sports bra, DONT buy one that is sized S.M, L, XL. They are not adjustable and really not supportive enough for bigger busted ladies
They are more $$ but a great investment. I am also a DD. Also, the ones that separate the boobs are best. Not just to avoid the "uni-boob" but also to keep them from rubbing on each other much and to provide more individual support to each breast.
Deodorant helps a little, but i usually dont bother. I just try to towel off well. That is probably the place i sweat most!0 -
Mine are huge, there is no bra made that will prevent skin on skin contact. With that said, I have found that a swipe of anti-persperant (sp?) does help.
Adding powder would just make gravy if you sweat too much, IMO.
agreed! I find deodorant/antiperspirant works just fine.0 -
I am a very sweater when I work out -- I use Moving Comfort Fiona bras (yes its a bit uniboob) but it seems to work well. For shorter workouts I just put a bit of antiperspirant under there, but for longer workouts I apply body glide to that area and it really seems to help.0

I've always used baby powder, but you have to have a very light touch - otherwise you do get a "gravy" (more like a lumpy gravy). There are several brands that make it with cornstarch in it too. They have some spray on deodorants that have a powder finish - those are nice too and have the benefit of the antiperspirant with the powder.0

I was about to post this same topic title but for completely different reasons...
bahaha! Oh, I hope you all figure this out:) Good luck!0 -
I think if all the girls posted pictures we would be able to help alot further......0

I have this problem also and have used a light dusting of foot powder in the past. Sometimes I use baby powder but the foot powder seems to keep it dryer and prevent rash. Also a good bra, as posted, will help. I just have trouble finding them in my size.0

As a girl who also suffers from big boobs syndrome (even when i was thinner I still had em) I find that powder works in combination with good bra' and I also wear a sports bra over my bra too add a little extra help. hope this helps.0

IM a ff also and I can tell ya I think the deodorant works the best...0

I wear the shock absorber bra, and it seems to keep them as dry as possible. Of course, the bra is ugly and smelly, but what is a girl gonna do?0

Make sure your always clean under there and your sweating alot under there then apply powder... Keeps you dry... And make sure you thoroughly clean yourself under there to prevent build up dirt.0

Okay ladies, my wife started having this issue and I kinda ignored it at first, till she started getting this horrid rash that looked like burned skin. She went to her doctor that told her it was just heat and sweaty skin that could not dry out and gave her some cream. She tried it for a week and it did no good. It was getting worse and worse.
She is Manager of a store that controls the AC/Heat from a Corporate location and she sweats all day because of the heat/work/and heat flashes (did I say that?) I resorted to what I do when my motorcycle has a mechanical problem..I went to the internet. I ordered her some bra liners from a company and these immediately helped her out. The places healed up and everything is fine.. She's happy and im happy. There are more than one manufacturer, however I read reviews in depth on anything before I buy it and Wick'em had the best reviews from actual users. Here is where I bought them...she said the bamboo ones work the best!

I'm a size D girl & bras are important (layenbraynt is my girl) but what I found that really works in rubbing alcohol when you get out of the shower/bath get out 3 cotton balls pour rubbing alcohol on all three one you use behind you ears (trust me you'll be shocked when you see what rubs off, & then use the next two under the girls & in your cleavage... it really helps reduce the sweat & more so the smell... also one a week use a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on your face... your pores will thank you0
