30 Day Shred: Monday Check-in (2/23)

Well - Most of us should have almost completed the 30 days. I have 3 days left and have really enjoyed the 30 Day Shred (maybe not so much level 3). This week I'm doing combos of the 3 levels.
Today's Weight: 139 (up a half a pound for last week)
Goal Weight: 138 (I did weigh that last week so I'm hoping it is just water weight)
Waist: 28.5 (Lost another inch last week!)
Workouts Completed: 3 shred and 3 Power 90
Workout Goal for this week; 3 shred combos - 3 Power 90
Favorite part of the 30 day Shred: My increased upper body strength

Hope all you shredders are enjoying the program as well. What are your plans after the 30 days are up? I will be transitioning into the Power 90 program but hope to keep doing some Shred on strength training days.
