When you figure in your exercise on MFP for the day, how many calories do you give yourself for 30 day shred? Thanks!

I wish I knew. I'm really curious too. I have the DVD but haven't started it yet. Let me know if you find out!!0

It will be a bit different for everyone based on variables including height, weight, age, sex, fitness level, and effort. Plus it can be different for different levels.
If you own a heart rate monitor with a chest strap, that is the best way to get the most accurate estimate for your personal stats and effort. Mine has shown me anywhere from 175-250 calories for the shred on various days depending on the level and my effort that day.
If you don't have a heart rate monitor, you can get a fairly decent estimate by logging it here as 20 minutes of 'circuit training, general'. It's not perfect since MFP doesn't know your fitness level or effort, but it's about as good of an estimate as you're going to get w/o a HRM.

Best advice is to get a HRM. But I agree with everything written above. It can fluctuate so much dependent on age, sex, weight, activity level, and a number of other things - also which level you are doing and whether you are doing the plyometrics or not. I am pretty fit and athletic and do level 3, following the most difficult model and I generally burn around 175- 200 cals going all out.0

I log it under 20 min. Cir. Training.0

log it as circuit training, general.0

I use a HRM and for me it always comes out within a few cal of "Aerobics, high impact" so that's what i've been using to log it just because that's what's closest (but i enter my actual cal count from my HRM) circut training-general overestimates from me about 20-30 cal0

Just like some have already stated, I use my HRM to get an accurate counting of my calories burned ... I started level 2 of 30DS yesterday and burned 231 cals0

I found the below formula on a website (can't remember which one) when I was searching to see how many calories you burn in relation to your heart rate. I also found the same formula on several other websites, so am quite happy that it's reliable.
Men: Calories/min = (-55.0969 + 0.6309 x HR + 0.1988 x weight + 0.2017 x age) / 4.184
Women: Calories/min = (-20.4022 + 0.4472 x HR - 0.1263 x weight + 0.074 x age) / 4.184
(where weight is in kilograms and C stands for Kcals)
During 30 DS I paused and spent 20 seconds taking my heart rate each time I neared exhaustion as well as at the end before the cool down. I averaged around 145BPM doing Level 2.
Obviously a heart rate monitor is much more effective for tracking your heart rate over the entire period of time you're working out, but if you don't have one, then this method is as close as you're going to get and is quite reliable.0 -
I burn between 110 and 150 for L2 depending on effort, then 150-180 L3. Im 5'4 and weigh 149.50
