how do I log this?

How in the world would I log walking a horse in the mud? I was trying to walk at a very fast pace for the horse, but with it being so muddy, made it more difficult!

    here is my general rule of thumb. for every 30 minutes of low intensity (just barely breaking a sweat) i will log 50-100 calories. if i'm really sweating and breathing hard, i think it's more like 200 calories every 30 minutes.

    every person burns at a different weight though so it's hard to say for sure. no matter what, i would always rather underestimate the calories burned than over estimate. i think if i overestimate i'm cheating myself.
