Weird question, I know...... I have surgery on my deltoid next week and will be in a sling for 6 weeks. Eventually, I will be able to work out and it got me thinking.....should I train the "good" left arm or not?
Will it throw my body out of balance even more?
For my past 2 surgeries I did not lift weights with my good arm during recovery.
Of course, I will consult with my doctor, but I'd love to hear from others who have been in this situation.
Thanks
