Totally saving this for later. My tastes are even more eclectic than some on here (but not much latina music, sorry ). My list started with:
Flavor of the Weak by American HiFi
    My Oh My by Aqua
    Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne

I need something with a good beat that is incredibly catchy to distract me from the "when the he!! is this interval going to be over?!?" thoughts.

The Madeon remix of Pendulums 'The Island', and also the Madeon mash-up of 'Anthology' is BRILLIANT for intervals, the fast bit at the chorus makes me speed up like no other song!

A good run for me includes Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIgZ7gMze7A ) since it is a ridiculously peppy, upbeat song, and because it fits my stride for 5.5-6mph, which is a decent pace to hold onto for a casual run.

    Some other favs include:

    capsule - Catch My Breath - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avNKp40SXns
    - If you like this, try out Starry Sky, REALiTY and Sugarless GiRL
Nous Non Plus - Mais Mantenant Il Faut Danser - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wN6NM2lDOAU
    Hellogoodbye - Call N Return - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9NtuEYty0o
    RenardV - Rock You - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpvsLetalc0

    Anything by "GirlTalk"

I AM GLAD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE!

Girl Talk and Ludachrist both end up playing during my long treadmill sessions, and tempo-wise they keep good pace for my stride on distance runs.

    Overkill - Electric Rattelsnake
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-x-uyNeOsg

    Kreator - United in Hate
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_IS2b0Klbc

Judas Priest - Ram It Down (somewhat cheesy later in the song)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtu20Ejv3SI

Overkill dominates my playlists, and Priest has an unmatchable energy in most of their songs. A lot of Kreator's new album is awesome, and I just picked up the new Testament CD this weekend, so I'm hoping to add that into the mix soon
