I have bi polar and ADHD and I am on seroquel which I guess causes really bad weight gain. I went from 178 in February to 216 a couple weeks ago. In the last few months I have also developed joint and muscle pain all over my body, making it very difficult to work out or even be very active. What can I do that will help me reduce this weight without being extremely active? i'm also about to start prednisone for the inflammation. My bloodwork shows extremely elevated inflammation levels. which is part of the reason I hurt so much all the time. I'm only 25 going on 26. I used to be alot more active and I would like to learn new ways to lose the weight without causing myself extreme pain. Please help!?

I have lupus and I TOTALLY feel your pain. Walking is good, and swimming if you have access to a pool. Friend me and we can chat more. Good luck and hang in there!0
