Do you cook with them? I do. Love them in my chili. Problem is preparing them. When I cut into one I start to choke and can't breath. And the barbs stay on your fingers for days. Makes taking a piss real fun. Tonight I made an air filter out of a towel wrapped around my face and mittens out of a couple of glad freezer bags (still got on my hands somehow). Who has better tricks for prepping them?

    Get the box of latex gloves from Home Depot or Lowes. I always use those when dealing with habanero or Hatch chilis. I haven't had problems breathing, but guessing the painting face masks would work for that..
