Hello everyone! Somewhat new here (never posted) and I hope I'm putting this in the right place.
I did about an hour of exercise today and my initial reading of calories burned was 643. I kept all of the equipment on and I noticed that the calories burned continued to increase 50+ until it was over 700. Does this have something to do with the body still burning calories even after you're done exercising and your body is working to cool down? I just want to make sure it's behaving properly.
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Apparently, a simple search would have answered my question. Ignore this now!

What do you mean? That you burned 50 calories extra even after finishing your workout? If so, your body is always burning calories, even at rest.... You can put it on while sleeping and you'll be burning calories0
