Vibration Machines.

So I've heard about these machines and have been curious about them. My neighbour has one and since she has fallen pregnant and can't use it, so she has let me borrow it. Are they any good? Do they actually benefit the person using it, or do you just look like a tool? haha
I don't plan to use this machine as a singular workout, just something I'll throw in amongst what I already do. But it would be super if it does actual help muscle toning!
Has anyone had any experience with these machines? Or just any advice or input is welcome!

Heh I was scared to google what these where xD
Claims:
1. Vibration exercise burns fat and cellulite
2. Vibration Fitness tones and tightens skin
3. Increase your Strength dramatically in weeks.
Sounds like a bunch of BS to me
Sure looked funny though xD not sure how they "tone"0 -

I'm not convinced by these either. I would really like to know more about them, but not from a sales person.0

I am sure there are many people here that use them, and many more that should.
My advice is to wash your hands frequently.0 -
You need to return your neighbor's vibrator.:noway:

Well, I've never shared mine, but yeah... works great. I mean, I guess you could use it as a tool... to knock people out with or to put out eyes, sure!0
