Hi All: Started this program about three weeks ago. I lost a few pounds but seem to have put it right back...which seems to be a pattern for me. Anyway, I'm amazed at how exhaustive the food database and UPC reading capabilities are, and I hope to achieve my goal this time...loose about 10 to 15 lbs by March next year.

Hi garamchai, I think your goal is achievable, provided you whatch what you eat, excersise regulalry (mainly cardio as that burns the calories) I wish you all the success. Just go for it and stay focused.

Thanks, SuperSnoopy. Appreciate the support. I plan to exercise regularly and watch those calories.

You can get to your goal. Just make a plan and stick with it This is not a diet , but a different way of looking at food. If you log everything you eat that seems to help with the mindless eating you do.

    Hi,
Just read your post and it sounds so familiar since I have struggled with those ups and downs forever. I'm also new here but love all the support everyone gives each other. I'm only down 2 lbs but feel that logging your food every single day (no matter how good or bad you eat) is Key to staying focused and seeing where the downfalls are. Even using it as a reference to see what you did on those "good days" can help to see where you going off track. The other thing is that darn exercise. I hate it but manage to jump on the treadmill every day during the work week for 30 minutes. Don't beat yourself up (just like you wouldn't beat a friend up that strayed off their diet) and remember every day is a brand new one! Good luck to you!
  • Welcome!!! you can totally do it.

    Hey Garamchai,

You have to stop putting so much chiini in your chai and coffee! 8)
