Project to anyone interested

I had an idea for a project. Earlier this year I tried an experiment where I did not look in a mirror for 1-2 weeks. It feels odd to alter perception of oneself in such a way. I now think an interesting project would be the same thing except with the body only (upper specifically)

Essentially,
1. Take basic "before" pictures
2. Follow a very strict diet/exercise regiment
3. Wear long sleeve and fully covering upper body clothing(to avoid view of arms)
4. Avoid all views in mirror of an uncovered upper body (safely, do not fall getting out of the shower or anything)
5. After 1 or 2 weeks take "after" photos (Prior to looking at photos, imagine what your body change will have appeared to be)
See what your perception of working out and dieting's effect on the body is compared to it's actual effects.

Obviously, I am not asking for photos, but anyone who does this, I would love to hear your thoughts.
