Tip for anyone who can't run

So I took my HRM to the gym today. I ran for 5 mins on the treadmill, then I took the speed down to walking, but increased the incline to 14%. And I burnt more cals and had a higher heart rate when walking on the incline.

So if you struggle or feel intimidated my running, just walk on a steep incline, and you'll actually work harder!! And feel those calfs working!!!
