    - i bump into, trip over, run into about 5 different things a day. usually the things are a walls, doors, chairs, people, you name it. i always say - owe. - even if it doesnt hurt.

    - my puppy's name is penne but i call her poochie pie, amongst other things.

    - i never use my animals real names. as a matter of fact, i have done this my entire life. (what a weirdo!)

    1. I have done 30 minutes of walking on the elliptical...(not all at one time 15 min.sessions)

    2. I had oatmeal for lunch...but I fixed it like grits..with cheese and cracked black pepper

    3. Do not know what I am fixing myself for dinner....more than likely a green salad with dried cherries and hard boiled eggs.

    1. Its Thursday two more days till the weekend
    2. Puppy was dirty and her hair was full of burrs so I spent 5 hours last night grroming my girl! she looks purdy now
