I posted this a month ago. People are going ape sh$t on facebook. WELCOME TO A MONTH AGO!

It's pretty sad/scary that people only become informed about major issues that will change a major communication outlet just because websites went "black".

Today is SOPA awareness day, a day that has been planned out for this to happen. I would rather have people get aware a week before the decision than the day after and it be NDAA all over again.

I've probably written 12 emails to Larry Kissell and Richard Burr about this topic for the past couple months. No reply from them at all, except for a confirmation letter that they "read" my messages.

I've been reading about it for months...SOPA has at least gotten delayed, but PIPA is still making its way through...

Contact your senators and representative today! If you go to Wikipedia (any page), today there's a link to enter your zip code and get a link to the contact forms for your representative/senators. Do it! Most senators still support PIPA, but some are changing their minds with the masses opposing it.

I've never contacted these people before in my life, today's the time to start. :) Go!

Microsoft has not dropped it's support for SOPA "as it is currently written". This is a big deal since M$ software is often pirated. Also, looks like because of yesterday some senators had a change of heart.
