Your 30DS Experience

I just started this program today.......so far I love it!!! I know they say do 10 days of each level........ but would it hurt to do more days of each level??

How many of you have done that???

  • You can do as many days on each level as you need to, depending on your fitness level. Just see how your body feels during and after the workout and move on to the next level when you are ready. I did 30DS, and I loved it, as all other JM workouts, but now I have moved to "Ripped in 30" which seems to more fun (but also way more challenging for me).

    I'd say listen to your body. I did 10 of each and was really satisfied, but if you feel like you're still getting a huge benefit from a level, stay there. That being said, your body adapts pretty quickly to the same routine, which is why she advises switching after 10 days. You'll probably find that you're ready to move on!
