Does anyone know what 1 serving equals? Is it 1 Cup?

    It equals exactly nothing to me & it would be different for every food & recipe. I can't understand why anyone would use "serving" as an amount. If you don't know the weight or volume of the item you're entering, please don't enter it. It just clogs up the system with useless information.
