workout program question

Im very familiar with most workout programs and I own most of them. I have done insanity and lots of different videos as I feel like it. Id like to start an actual program but I can't decide what to do. I don't want to do insanity yet because I want to take it slow this time but I'm not sure if something like 30dshred would work for me because I don't have too much to lose (I'm 5'7 and 155- goal about 140). What would you recommend for someone with not that much to lose but that will help me to lose weight. Turbo fire? P90x? I don't care how long the program is I just want to start something!

    P90X is a killer program. I really have to vouch for the fact that is not a waste of money- but it can be time intensive.
