Need help with a problem area... My butt!

What exercises can be done to improve your butt? For the most part I am content with the muscles in my butt except one specific problem spot right where by butt connects to the inner thigh. I have been running for about 9 months I've seen great improvements in my butt, thighs and calves but this one spot I am still very self conscious about. Any advice is appreciated.

Stairs. I do the stair master and feel it in my butt

Sounds like you need to do leg curls and other hamstring exercises. You can also do box jumps, stationary lunges w/the squat machine and squat as well.0

Agree with the aforementioned exercises, especially the hip raises, these have been awesome for me, i can really feel them working.. also there's a whole series of floor workouts you can do on all fours - back kicks, side raises, etc.0
