Help! will my face looker fatter if...

So i never take risks with my hair but I am slowly growing the balls to do so. I asked my hubby what he would like me to do with my hair and he said bangs! like full bangs not the swoopy side bangs. I am cutting off 13" to donate to locks of love since my hair is past my butt at the moment. he likes this hair style

but i am afraid that it will make my face look fatter... Oh and another thing to take into consideration is i'm 3 months prego so my face might swell? I am planning on getting it layered but i am open to suggestions. I think a new hairstyle would be nice for this new chapter in my life. Feel free to post links to other styles as well
