How do you stay on track when your kiddos are with the non-custodian parent? This weekend is proving to be very difficult. I don't have a routine when they are gone, so I went to lunch on a whim, went shopping, then a dinner invite was accepted. I guess it's always been an issue, but since I am really working hard recently, I felt I let myself down and I don't want to continue the trend. I think I made good food choices, they could have been better, but liquid calories are my biggest downfall and no workout in 2 days :-(

I have the opposite problem because I can't get out to run or go to gym classes...0
