Hi all,
I'm 6"3 and about 120Kg (not actually weighed myself for about 6 months!) just looking to get back down to 100Kg, I have a big frame and muscle mass so i know i'm not going to be thin. Just want to use this website and the app to get healthier and back to a fairly toned body. done a week now and although mfp says i should be consuming 2020 cal i've set it myself at 1600 which i have stuck to!
