2 month progress-NSV

for the pat two months I've been working with a trainer/nutritionist. I workout with her 2X per week and see her for nutrition every 2 weeks where she changes my meal plan and Cardio. Total I do Cardio in the morning for 40 minutes, then 20 (now 30) minutes of Cardio followed by weight lifting at night 4 times per week. I do 2 days of just Cardio, again at 40 minutes.
Here are my results so far:

Waist - 32
Abdomen - 37 3/4
Hips - 44
R Thigh - 25
L Thigh - 24 1/4
R Calf - 15
L Calf - 15 1/2
R Arm - 13
L Arm - 12 1/2
Weight - 195
Body fat % - 37%

Waist - 30
Abdomen - 33 1/2
Hips - 40 1/2
R Thigh - 24 1/4
L Thigh - 24 1/4
R Calf - 14 1/4

Weight - 183
Body fat % - 31%
my goal os to be 150 at 18% body fat. I love my trainer and all she is teaching me! Keep working hard everyone!
