So for new MFPers.....what are some things to know.....for instance......NSV = Non Scale Victory.....or Onderland = in the 100's what are some others that you use??

    HRM = heart rate monitor
    BMR = basal metabolic rate
    TDEE = total daily energy expenditure

    I've seen DH and haven't got that one yet, but seems to have something to do with husband.

    I think I am the only one that uses those two, but you should still know them.

    It's the only forum I know of where "bump" means "marking this for later". It usually means "bringing this back up".

    So if DH = Dear Husband what do we use for the women in our lives? SB? ...LOL (by the way, LOL is Laughing Out Loud and I find it hard to believe that all the times it is used that people are actually laughing out loud. Maybe GK (grins knowingly) could be started.
