I forgot how great it feels to get into the gym and work out.. Yesterday I did the C25K at lunch time and I did 30 day shred.. I am a little sore and tight today but I forgot how great that feels... I was a really big fitness nut 7 years ago.. **here come the excuses bare with me** Then I got married and had kids and just well feel into the good ole pizza night and sitting at work all day.. But I have to say it feels good.. Water in take is at a high and I am watching what I eat... It feels sooo good to start getting back..
