I need a dairy free (soy?) protein shake, can anyone recommend one that tastes good & that mixes easily in a shaker.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Assuming you're looking for protein powders, I tend to stay away from soy protein - I find it to be very chalky and hard to mix in a shaker. SunWarrior makes a delicious raw, non-dairy protein powder, but you can also go to Trueprotein.com do a custom mix - I like 75% gemma pea and 25% brown rice. 24g protein per scoop, and you can choose from a pretty wide variety of flavors.0

I like the one from LifeTime fitness, but I don't know how well it would mix with a shaker - I use my ninja on it.0
