Does anyone log in a drink? The whole time I've been doing this, I just drink water..
I recently just bought the wrong kind of tea, it's not diet. So it's 70 calories per serving... If I drink it, should I log it?

If it has calories, log it! I usually don't log coffee and sugar free gum but they're nowhere near 70 cals!
  • I most def would log it. Just to keep myself on track! I log everything I eat/drink. But then again, maybe that's just me?

Alright, good! :) I'm thinking of giving this one to someone and buying a diet one. haha. I don't feel like wasting calories on a drink

I would log it. I don't log my coffee but then that is only 2 cals a cup. Even having several a day it's not going above 10 cals a day. If you're only having one cup a day then it probably wouldn't be too bad but if you're having several then it could make a big impact on your calorie allowance.

Absolutely! I don't log my morning coffee or my diet soda....but juice, milk, hot chocolate, alcohol, anything not part of my norm gets added beverage wise.

Log anything that counts as calories regardless of it's form.

What kind of tea has 70 cals with no milk or sugar in?! chocolate tea? Every tea i can find has practically zero cals. It's what you add to it that gives it the calories.

Diet tea is like getting a diet diet coke. Going from like 5 cals to 3...its not going to make a difference.
