Okay so maybe I am just discovering something everyone else may already know-
take your bread. spread each slice with a wedge of laughing cow garlic cheese
sprinkle lightly with white pepper/garlic powder
add your sliced turkey.
WAY better than the boring old turkey plus yellow mustard I have been eating for 2 months! and barely more calories, cuz I use less turkey since the cheese adds so much flavor-

I just bought some Laughing Cow cheese, and didn't even think to put it on a sandwich! I just had it spread on some crackers.
Thanks for the idea0 -

No... nobody else knows this. What other secrets are you holding out on us thinking we're as clever as you?0 -
LOL that's so nice! I was thinking I was so clever, then I thought- what if everybody has been doing this? I'll sound so dumb sharing my "discovery"  :laugh:0

Yep, I use Laughing cow light cheese on my wrap sandwiches. I hate mayo, so it's perfect for me! Great for toasting too, it gets kind of melty and extra yummy! :bigsmile:0 -
oh jess is right! I forgot to say it is the light cheese- which is only 35 cals per wedge-
MMMM toasty sounds goooood.0 -
Yesterday I just spread one wedge, the light Swiss, on my 6 slices of turkey then rolled them up and ate them as a snack...105 calories for all and so delicious!!0
