Suggestion for those who hate texture of cottage cheese

I've seen a few posts by people who want to enjoy the nutritional benefits of cottage cheese but hate the texture of the common wet and creamy cottage cheese. You can get cottage cheese that has been dry pressed. It's usually in plastic wrapping and has "Dry Pressed Cottage Cheese" on the label. It's dry and crumbly and oh so yummy! It's high in protein so it would really help if you're trying to up your protein within a calorie restriction.

I like it plain but you can also cook with it or mix it with various toppings or put it in dip :)
