Thigh Pain

Okay so the past 2 days I have been having some thigh pain. It started in the back hamstring almost up to my butt. Now it seems to have worked its way around and down to just above my right knee on the right side of the thigh. It's like a nagging and tight feeling. It doesn't hurt at rest but usually when I bend it and when I bend forward I can feel a lot of tightness in there. Started feeling it after a lot of curtsy lunges in a workout video. Thoughts?
