HI there, I'm a newbee from the south of the UK and just thought I'd say hello! I've lost 15 pounds so far, and this is my first visit to the forum! I need to loose lots more (and admittedly had a bad week this week....blame that on all the christmas do's) BUT I'm back to track and going to try and be good over Christmas as I don't have anymore excuses!! So fingers crossed :)
