The above is what I have lost in 2011. I have done it slowly, with hard work and determination with no silly exclusions to what I eat. I found MFP only half way through and it really helped to make me up my calories as I had been eating too few. I now just have to work out how to stay this weight. My goal was always to hit a BMI 25, and I have achieved that. I could lose a bit more, but to be honest I was happy as I was and I am happy now.
