Hello Everyone, :happy:

I meet my goal back in April I wanted to lose 10 pounds when I started in Jan. I actually did that in April went from 155-145. I keep going just to feel better about myself and now Im at 130. I have meet my complete total goal that I never thought I could. I have Jillian to thank for that. Im a firm believer in her workouts they are the BOMB... She is a mastermind and a workout expert. I see why they say shes the TOUGHEST TRAINER Im proof of it..


3 yrs. ago I weighted my biggest at 175 and went from there..


Before 175 on the left and 155 on the right

I then started MFP from here and lost the rest I was at a stand still..

Weighted 155 left and then 145 right

    I love that you love Jillian too!! All of my progress has been from her workouts too! She's awesome!! I've got quite a few of her DVDs (haven't used all of them yet). I've got her 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, 6 week 6 Pack, and Yoga Meltdown....

    ...I might be obsessed, LOL.

    Anyways.

    My workouts were: and still doing them

    I started out with 30 day Shred then went to Ripped N 30. I also have 6 week 6 pk Abs, No Trouble Zones, Fat Metabolism and her new one Killer Buns N thighs.. All only 9 dollars each at Walmart.. You cant beat that.

    The main on one was Ripped in 30 whiched changed my whole body it was amazing I couldnt believe how much our bodies can change even at my age.

    I hope this helped. If I can do it anyone can you just take your time and have patients. :) Good luck to you :)

    Congrats! I love Jillian! I've been mixing ripped in 30 (which I did for a month before mixing), boost your metabolism, no more trouble zones. Love them!
