Ok, so I love workingout and eating right. The problem is after my first week I go back to my lazy self. Anything I can do so this doesnt happen anymore?

Start with small realistic goals, say 5 lbs. Then reward youself with something you really like in a reasonable amount, and so on. This makes hitting you " goals " so much easier. hope it helps0

You have to decide how badly you want this. It will take work, you will need to push yourself. Falling back into previous lazy habits is easy, fighting for change is not. So, how bad do you want this?0

Look at the success stories - when you see people looking amazing it really motivates you!0

Public accountability. Give yourself goals and challenge yourself to meet them. Do all this publicly so you know if you don't meet your goals or you slack along the way others will see and shake their heads disapprovingly.0

this is similar to a prev post a week or so back and thought my response then may help you now.
Here's the dope:
If you want something bad enough ... TRULY bad enough .. you WILL achieve it . Like everyone said, its not easy .. if it were, no one would ever be fat. The reason you feel hopeless is because that's all you know, failure in sight of something truly monumental. You have to deal with whatever it was that got you to this point, once you do .. then things don't seem hopeless. most people have a deep dark secret that hangs over them and took them overweight. I am not asking you to discuss it here.. but you will need to think about it if you really want to change your mindset from "It feels hopeless" to "It is inevitable"!
I am not going to wish you luck .. because luck has nothing to do with . It sheer will, determination and consistency. If you can't commit yourself to this 110% then you will fail like every other time. Take some time, think about it .. and get back to me. i would be interested to read your response.0
