For those of you who have lost weight fast but healthy what seemed to help most while working out? more cardio? more weight training? I know it all starts in the kitchen.. which isnt a problem... I have 6 months to train for a warrior dash and have no clue where to begin..lol

I havent ran in like 19 years.. Before that I was running 5 miles daily.. I was an animal..lol so I want to get back to that one day.. but gotta start somewhere.... You guys are awesome !
