Italian bread crumbs and veggies?

I use Italian panko bread crumbs for this one (you should really try them: they're delicious), but I'm sure either would work out okay:

I only use one kind of breadcrumbs, only the egg whites, and add a little bit of parmesan or white cheddar popcorn seasoning to mine. I've made it both with the flour and without (I don't measure either the breadcrumbs or flour, just dump them in a dish and dip the asparagus.
I love this! I don't have an accurate calorie count for it, though, unfortunately.0
