No change from last week: current weight: 173.6.
I'm traveling this week and unable to participate in the 1 week extension. Merry Christmas, everyone! Congrats to all who persevered through this challenge and attained or approached their goal weight. I'm down almost 15 pounds and very happy about that! Thank you, Falisha, for keeping us all on track. I always looked forward to the updated chart!

Merry Christmas everybody, hope you're all having a lovely time. Just had my christmas dinner and now i'm having proper ginger bread, yum. It's more than I normally eat but way way less than last year so i'm happy.

Yeah, those cookies and half nights of sleep have caught up with me. I'm up to 228. Completely self-induced weight gain right there. However, we have had the best Christmas weekend this year. I'm okay with my gain and will be back at it again Monday morning. Happy Holidays everyone!0
