Eating burned/exercise calories?

Call me crazy, but I am fearful of eating my burned/exercise calories. I hardly ever eat them in fear of gaining weight. I feel that if i were to eat them that I would be consuming too much food throughout the day. What do you all do? What is your opinion? To eat or not to eat??
