Bumping, because I'm starting it tomorrow too. I just need a new workout, I can't imagine it's going to do a whole lot more or different for me than all the varied workouts I do now (dance, strength training, elliptical, brisk walks, etc) but it's worth a shot!

Good luck, I hope you had success with it (aka, hope you're sore tomorrow!).

In conjunction with the 30DS, I also did cardo/running right after each workout. After 30DS I moved on to Ripped in 30.

Again, good luck with this! It's a really great workout!

I saw a big loss in inches, not so much in weight, when I did 30DS. I also did cardio 3-4 times per week (30-45 minutes) in addition to the Shred daily. I also moved on to Ripped in 30 when I was done.

    Have fun!

I didn't do anything else the same day, just because I don't have time to do long workouts during the week, and I only did it M-F (Jillian said on her podcast that it's meant to be done 4-5 days a week). Saturdays I would do Turbo Jam. My biceps looked really good when I was done, but at the time I was doing all those planks holding up about 260 lbs! That was really the only muscle that was visible under all the fat. :frown: It's an excellent workout, though!

i do it daily, i have heard so many different stories on how you should do it.. some say not daily then others say she said daily for 30 days... who knows but i am doing it daily to keep me motivated!~ I do a 15 min warm up on the treadmill or elliptical and then the dvd which is 27 mins long with warm up and cool down, then 15 on the the treadmill or elliptical again. In the end it's around 60 min total... I can't get more then that in a day at all, yesterday i skipped the 15 after the dvd but i will always do it before to get my heart rate up. that is all i am doing till the dvd is done, then when it's done i will just go back to 5 days a week of 45 min cardio for probably a month then i want to start ripped in 30.
