Why 17 minutes, and not 10 or 20, well I have been following the 17 day diet and these two weeks are going to be so busy.
The 17 day diet has you follow these 17 day cycles of accelerate, activate, achieve, and arrive.
Cycle 1 has you eatting very healthy low carb, no starches and it was quite easy for me and I lost 7 lbs
BUT i did n't do the 17 minutes of cardio each day...sooooo
As i start the activate cycle which adds 2 starches a day every other day want to make it a goal to get that time in.
With these busy times 17 minutes means alot to take the time for yourself
Post your 17 minutes here for the next two weeks.
