Just wondering, the more weight you loose, less the calorie intake or more? bit confused here.

    The lighter you weigh, the less calories you need for daily activity/ function. This is because it requires less effort/ energy to move a 150lb body rather than a 300lb body!

    However, exercise calories still need to be taken in to account

    Along with this, there is a metabolic slowdown in response to dieting that it beyond what is expected by a lower body weight. This is part of "starvation mode" that everyone talks about but doesn't really understand.
