help needed

so i thought id ask this question in this part of the forum because i know they will be some smart a88 comments lol , but the question is ,what workouts could i do when ive hurt my back, ive suffered from back problems for years due to obvious reasons lol , but i feel the need to carry on working out ? any suggestions welcome

I don't know the extent of your injury ... but, walking is always the best alternative. The desk bike is awesome and you can do this while sitting in a comfy chair and added pillows for back comfort. Small weights will be a good start to utilize the arm muscles while sitting or standing. Even weighted gloves are awesome. If you could just tolerate maybe 30 min a day of some type of cardio it would be a good start. Yoga is amazing and it can help back injury if instructed accordingly. I know ... I just lost my " humor " points getting all technical ... but, this was a serious question.0
