Ok..I have something to admit and i can only do it here. The other day i went grocery shopping and i bought some bakery Christmas cookies. You know the soft baked kind with the frosting. They smelled soooo good. I could not help myself . I ate all eight of them before i got home and threw the box in the garbage so know one would know..

A friend once told me that any calories consumed in a crazied food frenzy in the car does not count...lol
I do plead insanity...lol

So are any of you guilty too...and if so what is your downfall

Don't buy them. If you can resist the car ride they will still be in the house. :drinker:

Ate an entire box of Hamburger Helper a few weeks ago (Jambalaya). Wouldn't of felt so bad if I didn't add extra noodles, Italian sausage, and corn. Good thing I only get the urge to eat college-esque meals once in a while.

I don't put groceries within reach - they go in the trunk. I also don't buy things that I could potentially binge on like
cookies. I never eat in the car unless we are on a road trip for hours and hours.

If calories consumed in the car didnt count.... most of us would be skinny. I sure know I would!
