I'd like to "expose" my fitness goals so hopefully I will stick to them better! Feel free to chime in and share yours (pregnant or not)!

Yesterday marks my 15th week of my first pregnancy! Here's my fitness goals for the week:

Monday
Walk 1 hour
Slim in 6 Level 1
Free weights 3 sets 15 reps of 6 upper-body moves

Tuesday
Walk 1 hour
Prenatal pilates 40 minutes

Wednesday
Walk 1 hour
Bike 45 minutes
Free weights 3 sets 15 reps of 6 upper-body moves

Thursday
Walk 1 hour
Slim in 6 Level 2

Friday
Walk 1 hour
Prenatal pilates 40 minutes

Saturday
Walk 1 hour
Yoga 1 hour
Free weights 3 sets 15 reps of 6 upper-body moves

Sunday
Walk 1 hour
Bike 45 minutes

    I suck. Only did one out of three planned workouts!! Today I'll try to make it up with at least the weights...
