Ugh! I've been lingering in the 150s for a little while now. I keep slipping up. Ugh! I jump on the scale and it'll be soooo close like 150/151 but I'm just dying to get into the 140s! I don't mind lingering in the 140s for a month or so then drop some more. But man, I wanna be in the 140s already! Grrr! I feel like I'm being teased! LOL

It's my own fault I know cause I can't give up my once a wk pizza that I go overboard with and occassional sodas cause I crave them sooo bad! I KNOW I'm not doing as good as I can with my diet and exercise, and I KNOW I need to drink tons more water. But MAN! LOL I gotta kick it up a notch this week, so maybe I can finally hit the 40s!

Help me reach this goal guys...any awesome tips. lol
