Maintenance question for the fitness experts

I've been wondering. . . . If I set my calories for maintenance and continue exercising (some strength, some cardio) regularly and logging this exercise, and stay within my calorie limits (eating back most of my exercise calories), will I eventually, over time, replace some of my body fat with lean muscle?
