How to figure calories in home-made vegetable soup????

Need help! I made a magnificent soup by roasting carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, red peppers & onion in a small amount of olive oil. I then pureed it with 3/4 of a container of vegetable broth & added 1/2 cup of red lentils. Does anyone know how I can figure the calories? There is an entry for "roasted vegetables" in the drop down menu, but it really seems HIGH in calories.... HELP HELP!!! (I am gonna eat it anyway, but not sure how MUCH I am gonna eat at each sitting....) Thanks!!!!

Under the Tools tab there is a "Recipe Nutrition Facts Calculator" where you can put in your ingredients and how many servings, and it will calculate the nutritional info for you.0
