Introduction/ goals

Hi,
I'm Emily, 19 female 5'5 143 pounds. My goals have always been to try to shrink down a few pounds. Two summers ago I got down to 132! I'm a lot more comfortable with my body now than I used to be in the past, but I'd still like to lose a few pounds. I'm on break from college right now so this is the perfect time for me to start my regiment. I'd love to get to 129 pounds, but that's gonna be my stretch goal. My current goal is just going to be out of the 140's in back into the 130's, and I'd like to try and lose maybe 2 pounds a week? I'm going to try to go to the gym a few times a week to use the weights there and their cardio machines. If I can't get there I have a stationary bike at home and small weights. I'm going to do at least some sort of exercise each day, be it 30 minutes on the bike or weight lifting.

I make this promise to stick to this and I'm going to try to get to 135 pounds hopefully by the end of january :)
