HELP! Lost Motivation....

So.. I was doing soooo well these past 6 months because I was getting ready for a trip to Hawaii! I was eating 1200 calories a day, exercising at least 30 minutes a day, usually 60 minutes. I lost 17 lbs and tons of inches and was back down to a size 8! I felt great and looked decent in my swimsuit on the beach. Well I went on my trip and got back December 3. Since then, I have only exercised 3 or 4 times, I've been eating whatever I want and not logging... to say it simply.... I've LOST my motivation!!! How do I get it back???!! I need some help!!

    How about setting a new goal? A smaller bathing suit by a certain date? A certain fitness goal?
