ok so ive had this account for about 3 months now. i dont feel that this is making me want to lose wieght, i mean in the beggining it was awesome and i logged everything, but havent really lost any weight =[ im just curious has anyone else felt this way?? what helped you get motivated?

Yes, I sometimes feel that I don't really care about losing weight, but seeing the numbers on that scale drop when I weight myself once a week really helps
I know that i'm doing this for me, and nobody else, so I have to take cahrge of my own health. I'm doing this to be happier in myself, which I know I will be (I already am). Also, I put money into a tub each time I loose weight (2 pouns for apound) so I know I will have a nice little treat for myself when I make it to my goal weight
